    Very poor company to deal with, normally when a broker orders an appraisal the report is sent to the broker or lender to whom the report is made out to and ordered from. This company gave the appraisal report I ordered directly to the client without asking my permission. Watch out for that if you are a broker using this company. This is wrong and if it happens to you contact the NS real estate appraiser association.
